Position Title: Part-Time Digital Marketing & Promotions Coordinator

Arizona Lotus Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing & Promotions Coordinator to assist and support the Director of Marketing & Promotions in all ways necessary to execute marketing and sales campaigns, digital content, promotions, and live events across our seven Tucson radio stations (KMXZ 94.9, KLPX 96.1, KFMA 102.1, KCMT 92.1, KTKT 94.3, KFFN ESPN TUCSON 1490, KLPX-HD3 HankFM 93.3)

This is a hands-on role for someone creative, organized, and tech-comfortable, with strong skills in website content management, graphic design (CANVA), and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create on-brand graphics using Canva for social media, websites, contests, events, and
  sponsors
• Support social media posting, scheduling, and campaign execution
• Create, edit, and publish website content including landing pages, calendar listings, contests, and promotions
• Upload and manage audio, podcasts, images, and video content
• Build and manage online forms for contests, promotions, and data collection
• Assist with basic website layout updates, banners, and visual elements
• Support promotional execution and on-site station events as needed
• Assist with event photography, video, and promotional recaps
• Provide general digital, social, and promotional support to the Marketing & Promotions department
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support department needs

Qualifications:

• Experience with social media platforms, content scheduling, and engagement
• Experience with website content management, landing pages, and digital publishing
• Experience with HTML/CSS, WordPress, or page builders a plus
• Experience working with forms (google forms, etc) uploads, embeds, and multimedia content
• Understanding of analytics tools for web and social performance tracking preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License required
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unattended
• Flexible availability required, including some evenings and weekends
