The Tony Abou-Ganim Southwest Spirit Summit, held Nov. 16th-18th at the newly-opened Casino Del Sol Resort & Conference Center, will showcase some of the world's finest spirits, with a special focus on spirits made in the Southwestern part of the US (and Mexico), and will include consumer and industry events. Spirit ambassadors and producers, including Ron Cooper and Dave Grapshi, mixologists and...beverage "geek" extraordinaire Steven Olson and Dale DeGroff and many others will be on hand for a great weekend of cocktails and culinary excellence. The event features consumer seminars, spirited dinners, two competitions, two days of tasting, a BBQ bash, and two happy hours for the ages. In particular, this event is geared towards introducing consumers to the wonderful array of spirit categories available on the market today.

Kick off the weekend with event host Tony Abou Ganim as he re-creates the award winning cocktails from his latest challenge on Iron Chef America. Attendees also have the opportunity to purchase and have Tony personally autograph his signature book, "The Modern Mixologist."

Tony Abou-Ganim and Casino Del Sol Resort’s Property Mixologist, Aaron DeFeo, will team up with Casino Del Sol Resort’s top chefs, Jason Jonilonis and Erik Savin to create an extraordinary five course dinner featuring Sonoran cuisine with paired cocktails. $75 price includes gratuity.
